We offer flexible subscription options to make your wellness journey easy and consistent. If you've chosen a subscription plan, here's everything you need to know about managing it:

Subscription Management

You can cancel, skip, or pause your subscription any time. Simply use the Manage Subscription link in your order confirmation email or reach out to our support team at support@befems.com.

Cancellation Terms

To avoid being charged for your next renewal, please cancel at least 24 hours before your next billing date. Once canceled, you won't be billed again, and your subscription will remain active until the end of your current period.

Refunds on Subscriptions

Subscription orders are covered by our Refund Policy and its 60-day money-back guarantee: up to two jars are refunded with nothing to send back, and any jar beyond those two must be returned unopened and sealed. Renewals charged outside the 60-day guarantee window are non-refundable unless there was an error or an issue with the product.
