This notice describes how be.fems (operated by Prolong Lab, UAB) handles consumer health data in connection with befems.com for consumers whose information is covered by Washington State’s My Health My Data Act. It is separate from our general Privacy Policy.
Under this law, consumer health data is information linked or reasonably linkable to a person that identifies their past, present, or future physical or mental health status. Depending on the context, interest in our products and related interactions may reveal information about sexual health, bodily functions, or other health-related concerns. Not every visit or purchase necessarily reveals a health condition.

We use this information to operate the store, respond to product-interest requests, understand use of the store, and support advertising and marketing.
- Purchase and order information: Products you buy and associated transaction details, which may indicate health-related interests. We use this information to process and fulfill orders, provide customer service, manage returns, and support advertising and marketing.
- Information you choose to tell us: Health-related details you voluntarily include in messages to customer support. We use these details to respond to and resolve your inquiry.
We do not ask you to submit symptoms, cycle information, or health survey answers through a dedicated health questionnaire on this store. We may associate the categories above with contact details, device or browser identifiers, and other information needed to recognize an interaction or fulfill your request.

We obtain this information from your interactions with our website and its cookies or similar technologies; from information you provide when placing an order, joining a product waitlist, or contacting support; and from service providers involved in store operations and order processing.
