Thank you for your purchase at be.fems. We hope you are happy with your order. However, if you are not fully satisfied, we’re here to help under the conditions described below.
30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging.
- The item must be in the same condition that you received it.
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number, confirmation email, or receipt).
⚠️ Opened or used dietary supplements cannot be returned for hygiene, health, and safety reasons.

🚫 Do not send items back without contacting us first. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
Please note:
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- We currently do not provide return shipping labels.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@befems.com.
We will evaluate the issue and offer a replacement, refund, or other solution where appropriate.
Non-Returnable Items (Exceptions)
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Opened or used dietary supplements (including all be.fems supplement products)
- Perishable goods (such as food or plants)
- Custom products (such as personalized items or special orders)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items and gift cards
If you have any questions about whether your item qualifies for a return, please reach out to us before sending anything back.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to order a different product, please return the eligible unopened item and place a new order separately.
European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If your order is being shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, without giving any reason.
However, please note:
⚠️ The 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to opened or used dietary supplements due to health protection and hygiene reasons (as per Article 16 of the EU Consumer Rights Directive).
To exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging, and you must provide proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and confirm whether the refund has been approved.
- If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received the funds, please contact us at support@befems.com.
